I’ve always loved dachshunds; this iconic breed is the one I grew up with. So did my husband, but finding a unique dachshund gift for him has been a problem. Sure there are a lot of them available, but I wanted something special, and I wanted something that would last. (He’s hard on just about everything, and I’ve yet to find a gift for him that isn’t ruined after a year or two of everyday use.)
Well, this little pewter key chain did the trick! He’s had it for quite a while, and the sturdy feel and construction is still going. I’ve even stopped crossing my fingers! He loves it, never loses it, (it’s a nice size, as well) and thinks of me everyday! Isn’t that sweet? So I think I’ve gotten over that hurdle.
